I found this little gem at rummage rat for $10.00
a tad steep, but I have wanted a birdcage
for a very long time. I just couldn't pass it up.
The white paint was chipping off in some areas
So I decided to paint it aqua.
I might change it to gold in the future,
or red. But for now, the birdcage is aqua.

Right now, the birdcage sits on top of my fridge. Eventually, I want to hang it in my studio and use it to house all of my watercolor paper thank you/birthday/congratulatory cards. My mom has made me make cards for friends and family for as long as I can remember. I'm always losing the blank ones, so in my free time I plan on painting a few generic cards. If I ever get around to it I'll post some photos.
