Moss Bear WIP

I've put some color into this painting, and I'm quite
happy with my progress. I'm hoping to have this painting
finished by early next week, so I can move on to number two!

Moss Bear WIP

Well, I've finally started the first piece for my art show in September.
This time, I will be showing alongside Esau Rosales. He's the man
behind most of the band photographs on my blog. I'm pretty excited
about my theme for the show and how well it goes along with his
photography :)

VLV 15

This past weekend, Brother Science had its first out of state
adventure. We went to Viva Las Vegas!!! It's basically the biggest
Rockabilly party in the world. It was tons of fun, but a lot of work.
We were shooting over 8 hours every day we were there. The best
part about it, was the event was hosted by the Orleans hotel (off the strip)
and it was fascinating to walk in to the hotel everyday and see greasers,
and pin ups, and ladies dressed to the nines with full on gloves, victory rolls,
and vintage dresses, smoking and gambling and drinking. It was as if we walked
into a Twilight Zone limbo. The vibe was nostalgic with a twist of lime, and
the people were uncharacteristically nice. I loved every minute of it!
 Made it!
The crew. We were so happy to have Catherine around. She's the best!
